For the second consecutive year, Amick Associates, Inc. has invested in a second, Industry advanced production machine. In 2022, we upgraded to our Strider Resources round sling machine with standard lengths up to 70 ft through a full range of capacities. In 2023 we have added a Vertical Proof Testing Structure. In the past, Amick Associates has relied on our wonderful crane Customers to help us with our lifting beam testing needs. With our new test equipment, we can safely load test lifting beams, slings, clamps, etc. to a whopping 400,000 lbs.! We are excited to offer in-house sling and beam recertification whether you work in the Steel Industry, the Construction Industry, Mining, Oil and Gas industries, or if you have a homemade lifter you are using in your Machine Shop; We have you covered! Combined with our InspectAll inspection software, we’ll provide you with the documentation required to safely use your overhead lifting apparatus, giving you the peace of mind that you are using a safe product.
